There are lots of reasons to do non-portfolio landlord business with us

What we offer

  • Up to 75% LTV - maximum loan is £1m and minimum property value is £50,000.
  • Up to 80% LTV - maximum loan is £350,000 and minimum property value is £100,000.
  • No minimum personal income needed, unless you're top slicing.
  • Top slicing on loans up to 75% LTV, providing the rent covers the mortgage at 100% stressed at the higher of 5.5% or pay rate + 2%. The minimum personal income is £50,000 and the maximum age is 75.
  • Borrowing up to £3m with Virgin Money.
  • Day one remortgages (applied for within 6 months of completion), valued at the original purchase price or current value - whichever is lower.
  • First time landlords are fine, as long as at least one applicant is an owner occupier and has been for 6 months or more.
